What to include in a quote request
The more specific you are, the sharper the quote: what you'll cook or store, roughly how many people you serve per day/week, your available power supply (single or three-phase), your delivery town and when you need it. Not sure about any of that? Say so — advising on the right kit is part of the service.

During business hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, Sat 08:00–13:00 SAST) most messages are answered the same working day. Outside those hours, expect a reply the next working day.
